Two Ways to Make Your Hotel Reservations...

Reservations must be made by December 22, 2008. Identify yourself as a SPRI member to receive the special group rate of $199 plus $15 resort fee + tax per room night.

One payment plan
Include your hotel room fees with your conference registration fee. Pay SPRI directly for your hotel room nights and we will make your reservation for you. A confirmation number will be emailed to you before the conference. Please note: all changes to your reservation must be made through SPRI headquarters.

Cancellation Policy — Conference Registration
Registration fees will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received at SPRI headquarters before January 1, 2009. If cancellation is received at headquarters after January 1, 2009, a $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. NO REFUNDS will be granted for cancellations postmarked after January 8 or for "no shows." No refund will be given at the meeting. No refunds will be given by SPRI for hotel cancellations.

Cancellation Policy — Optional Activities
Full refunds will be given if written cancellations are received at SPRI headquarters before January 8, 2009. SPRI reserves the right to cancel any optional activity and issue a full refund should there be insufficient participation. No refunds will be given to individuals who cancel an optional activity on-site.

*The amenity fee includes access to the fitness center, unlimited local calls, toll free access, wired and wireless access (256k), daily newspaper delivery, in room coffee and bottled water, nightly shoe shine, access to the Business Center and beach/pool towels.
